Facial Exercises
I was looking up different kinds of homemade facials and I came across this funny video. I'm okay with the actual exercises, even though they may look a little odd, but what's up with her breathing routine prior to the exercise? And I wonder, do you actually have to make that noise for it to work??? Enjoy! Cracked me up!

Okay, this is hilarious! Where did you find it??? lol Yeah, so I made my mom and Austin come in here to watch it with me. Of course, my mom almost peed her pants!!! Yep, she liked it that much. :)
